Shipping, Services and Prices

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.  Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched on the same working day. Additionally, orders placed after 12pm could also be dispatched on the same working day but this is not guaranteed.

Standard Delivery:

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked

 

Express Delivery:

Courier: Australia Post
Timeframe: 1-4 Business Days

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked
 

RIP 'N SHIP:
 

Shipping for all items purchased in the RIP 'N SHIP section of the website only needs to be purchased 1 time per week per customer.
 

Accumulating orders over multiple weeks is possible, but shipping must eventually be paid before your order is shipped out to you, just let us know in stream if you plan to accumulate.

All standard shipping orders will be posted on Tuesdays, if you want it faster you can purchase Express which will be shipped the following business day.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside Card Forge’s control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
